It might take up to a day for us to respond if by email

1. Please make your booking preferrably at least 1.5 hour in advance.

2. Prepare your bed for your massage shortly before the appointment time. We would request that you clear your bed for your session prior to the arrival of your therapist.

3. Have 2 to 3 large towels ready. We value not only your comfort, but also hygiene. 

4. Cancellation Policy: Please call us at least 2 hrs in advance if you would want to cancel your appointment. Cancellation within 1 hr prior to the appointment will incur the actual travelling cost to be borne by the client. Cancellation upon our therapist’s arrival will incur a HK$200 cancellation fee plus the actual 2-way travelling cost, to be borne by the client. Cancellation cannot be made 5 minutes after the therapist arrives.

5. Please settle the bill by cash with your massage therapist directly on her arrival.
